Terms of Use
These terms apply to the ExpectDad app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Not medical advice
ExpectDad gives general information about pregnancy, birth preparation and baby gear. It isn't medical advice and doesn't replace your partner's doctor, midwife or care team. Week-by-week sizes and timings are approximate. If anything worries you, or you see a warning sign, call the care team or emergency services right away.
Your account
You need to be an adult to use ExpectDad. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your data or your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & Data.
Gear picks and affiliate links
As an Amazon Associate, ExpectDad earns from qualifying purchases. Commissions never decide which products we pick. Prices are shown as ranges, and availability, prices and product details are set by the retailer and can change. Check the listing, the manufacturer's instructions and any recalls before you buy or use a product.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.
Content
The app's text, illustrations and design belong to ExpectDad or its licensors. What you enter stays yours; you let us store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made from the app's general information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Apple
If you downloaded ExpectDad from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
